About Us

Henry and Wilde is a family business of artisans and photographers who craft camera straps and leather goods without sparing time or effort. 

Our products are all handmade in a small workshop here in Western Australia using traditional leather craft skills and tools. We also make wallets, camera bags and other leather goods for our own use or as gifts to family and friends. In the future we may bring them to this store, will keep you posted.

Camera straps were originally designed to meet our own needs - to be minimal, comfortable, stylish and most importantly super functional. Constantly using our products on a variety of different cameras enables us to test the durability of materials and construction methods. This hands on feedback leads to the fine tuning of designs and creating better camera straps for you.

We love the handmade process and what it means to use objects which someone has made by hand. Each piece is individual by nature and bears the maker's mark which is a pretty special thing.
