Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Henry and Wilde piece.

Faulty or damaged items: If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll cover the cost of return shipping.

Not as described: If your item significantly differs from how it was described or pictured on our site, please contact us within 30 days and we'll work with you on a repair, replacement or refund. We'll cover the cost of return shipping.

Wrong size or change of mind: If you've ordered the wrong size or simply change your mind, we accept returns within 7 days provided the item is unused and in as-new condition, with all original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

How to start a return: Email info@henryandwilde.com.au with your order number and a description (and photo, if relevant) of the issue. We'll respond within 5 business days.
