Shipping Policy — Henry and Wilde

Order processing
Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment being received. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Australian shipping
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Standard and express shipping options are available at checkout. Flat rate shipping applies to all Australian orders.

  • Standard shipping: 2-7 business days to most Australian destinations
  • Express shipping: 2-5 business days to most Australian destinations

International shipping
We ship worldwide via Australia Post International. Estimated delivery times vary by destination.

  • Standard international: 7-21 business days
  • Shipping cost: $15-25 AUD depending on destination — calculated at checkout

Please note that any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the buyer. Henry and Wilde has no control over customs charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.

Tracking
All orders are sent with tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Australian orders can be tracked at auspost.com.au. International orders can be tracked at auspost.com.au and on your local postal service website.

Lost parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please contact us at info@henryandwilde.com.au. We will lodge an inquiry with Australia Post on your behalf. If Australia Post confirms the parcel is lost we will offer a replacement or full refund. If tracking confirms your parcel has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number.

Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at info@henryandwilde.com.au with photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Delays
Henry and Wilde cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. During peak periods such as Christmas, delivery times may be longer than estimated.
