The Gibson is a handmade full grain leather camera strap, made in Western Australia. Wider than the Vincent at 13mm, it offers a more substantial feel and a little more support — without being a padded strap or an all-day workhorse. It's a clean, well-made leather neck strap designed for photographers who want something with presence.

One of the Gibson's most distinctive details is the natural, unstained underside. While the top face is dyed black or whisky, the reverse is left in its natural leather tone. It's the kind of considered detail that sets a handmade strap apart from anything mass-produced.

Made from Italian full grain vegetable tanned leather, the Gibson develops a rich patina over time. The whisky colour in particular takes on a warm, burnished character with use — a strap that looks genuinely better after a few years than it did on day one. The Gibson has become a favourite leather camera strap among film camera photographers, and works well with mirrorless cameras, compact rangefinders, and smaller DSLRs.
